Wendi Miller

Wendi has been a local Realtor of Northeast Florida for 12 years. She entered the market at the height of short sales and foreclosures. Most of her career she has had to deal with multiple offer markets. Due to this, on behalf of buyers she has gained extensive knowledge on how to write competitive offers that are appealing to the sellers while still protecting the buyers’ needs and wants. When working with sellers she is able to help the seller analyze multiple offers and aid them in choosing the best offer for their needs and wants. She is an expert at guiding customers through a real estate transaction with steadfast confidence and composure. Wendi gives all her faith and glory to God. She is actively involved with faith-based services benefiting the local community. She is a Lifework Leadership graduate and sponsor. Working with men and women at risk due to addiction and different life afflictions, is a very near and dear cause to her.  

Wendi and her husband Tim have been married 18 years. They have 2 children. Their son Bremen attends UNF and their daughter Dani attends Fletcher High. In her spare time, she enjoys worship, being with her family, her three dogs, cooking and watching movies. On occasion she gets to head out of town to regenerate her soul.
